An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Logistics Administrator to join our client—one of the UK’s most innovative suppliers and distributors—at their thriving Coventry site.

This role plays a central part in ensuring the smooth, efficient flow of goods throughout the Supply Chain. The Supply Chain Logistics Administrator coordinates supplier schedules, transport bookings, inbound deliveries, and inventory movements to support operational efficiency and on‑time performance across the business.

This is a full-time permanent office based role paying circa £28k – £32k doe plus excellent benefits.

  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to work cross‑functionally across Supply Chain, Operations, and external partners.
  • Inbound logistics administration experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn supply chain processes in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure.

Key responsibilities:

Inbound Delivery & Documentation Management

  • Manage all inbound delivery administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Oversee ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) management and maintain all associated paperwork.
  • Liaise daily with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
  • Work closely with Operations to align inbound capacity with production and warehouse scheduling.

Transport & Delivery Coordination

  • Manage the imported container schedule from port arrival to final delivery.
  • Coordinate European road freight schedules.
  • Handle occasional airfreight shipments, including documentation and delivery follow‑through.
  • Maintain full ownership of the delivery calendar and ensure all ERP system updates are accurate and up to date.

Inventory & 3PL Administration

  • Oversee 3PL inventory movements, including booking stock in and arranging call‑offs.
  • Ensure all goods‑in documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal processes.
  • Support stock accuracy initiatives and resolve discrepancies with warehouse and 3PL partners.
