Our innovative client, who make market leading products, is looking for a Sales Administrator.

The Sales Administrator will support customers and colleagues throughout the sales process. If you’d like to join a growing company and successful team, then this is the role for you!

Salary £27k, hybrid and excellent benefits

DUTIES

  • Receive customer orders via email, EDI and Customer own portals
  • Review orders for completeness & accuracy, checking codes & prices against contractual agreements
  • Make direct & timely contact with customers, acknowledge and resolve any order related issues
  • Provide basic advice & information to customers for all product enquiries
  • Input order details on to company system (SAP) in a timely & accurate manner.
  • Liaise with other internal departments to facilitate a fluent order process (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance)
  • Ensure timely despatch of delivery notes to warehouse facilities.
  • Manage and communicate any stock issues relating to deliveries.
  • Effectively solve all email / telephone enquiries in a timely manner
  • Accurately enter all customer data onto SAP
  • Inbound telephone calls.
