Our client is a leading online retailer and is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy customer service team.

Working within the busy Ecommerce team you will be dealing a large number of inbound enquiries via the phone, email, and live chat in reference to deliveries, orders, and general queries, therefore we are looking for a bright, enthusiastic confident communicator who enjoys working in a lively team. Working in the office Mon-Fri 8.30m – 5.30pm, the salary is circa £19k – £22k plus bonus and benefits. 

The capabilities and experience we are looking for is: 

Clear and Professional telephone manner

Experience of dealing and handling a high level of calls and queries

Possess excellent listening and problem-solving skills

Strong administration and organisational skills

Strong attention to detail

Excellent delivery focus under pressure and used to working to deadlines

Comfortable working with different systems and juggling multiple tasks

Experience in Word, Excel, and Microsoft outlook

Willing to go the extra mile
